Get Clear


The first step is to get really clear on what it is you want from your business. A clearly defined vision will help you set concrete goals. The more specific your goals are, the easier it is to develop a strategy.

If you were to take a trip during which you felt you were off track, you would stop and take a look at your map or directions. You would figure out where you are at that moment and what direction you were traveling in so that you could decide if you needed to turn around or go a different way.

You then need to assess if your current path is pushing you forward to or away from your desired destination.

After you have defined your goals and assessed your current situation, you can begin to develop a plan for how to get where you want to go. This plan should be broken down into the tiniest of actionable steps so that they are more easily achievable.
